Before you complete your purchase, it’s important to understand that once your order enters our system, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please double-check your selections carefully, as we are unable to adjust models or colors after the fact.
All orders are fulfilled and dispatched directly from our own facility. During peak periods, such as holidays and sale events, you should anticipate additional processing time. We move quickly, but these windows naturally require a bit more patience.
Your Responsibilities After Ordering
Once your package leaves our hands, several factors fall under your purview to ensure a smooth delivery.
- Tracking and Customs Communication: You are solely responsible for monitoring your shipment’s progress and for submitting any required documentation or information to customs authorities or the courier. If a package is returned to us or cannot be delivered because you did not follow up or provide the necessary details, we cannot process a free refund or replacement. In such a case, you would need to place a new order.
- Restricted Items: It is your duty to verify your local postal regulations for any restricted items. We cannot be held liable for parcels that are refused entry into your country.
- Delivery Reception: Your order will be delivered by your local post office or a local courier service. In most areas, the package arrives with your regular mail. If you are not available to receive it, a notice card may be left with instructions for collection.
What We Handle for You
After your payment is processed, we will ship your items as promptly as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details the moment your purchase is dispatched. The final shipping cost is calculated based on the package weight and the delivery destination.
Please be aware that delivery timelines can be influenced by external conditions beyond our control, including public holidays, the destination country's processing speed, severe weather, and the operational pace of international couriers. Additionally, your local customs office may require extra time and documentation to clear your package, which can extend the estimated delivery date.
Understanding International Charges
For all international orders, you are responsible for any import taxes, duties, and related customs fees. These charges are set by the customs office in the destination country and are not covered by Wearrealamerica. We recommend contacting your local customs office directly for a detailed breakdown of potential costs.
Regarding payment, while our store prices may be displayed in your local currency, the checkout process is conducted in USD. All transactions are securely processed in USD via Paypal or Stripe. If your credit card account uses a currency other than USD, your bank may apply a different exchange rate and impose a foreign currency transaction fee. These fees are determined solely by your bank’s policies, and Wearrealamerica is not responsible for these charges.
If You Need to Change Your Mind
If you must change or cancel your order, contact us immediately. We process orders rapidly, and once our warehouse has begun handling your order, no further modifications are possible. Any order that has already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
